Prior to joining Decorus Imperium, Victor served as Executive Director of the Lincoln Club Business League, where he was the youngest and first Latino to lead the organization. During his tenure, he significantly expanded its investor and business network, convened influential leaders across finance and policy, and created platforms that connected capital with opportunity. His leadership enhanced engagement with high-net-worth individuals, business executives, and institutional stakeholders.
