
David Crouch II is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Decorus Imperium. David began his finance career trading stocks at the age of thirteen and launched a global financial literacy organization at the age of fourteen. Since then, he has been committed to paving the way for Generation Z in the world of finance through education and career guidance. Currently, the financial literacy organization is active in 36 countries, and it is growing every day.
In addition to his renowned career in finance, David extends his economic expertise to the realm of policy-making, advising on key issues in Congress, both in the House and Senate. His efforts are currently involved on contributing to the creation of regulatory frameworks for Centralized Exchanges, Decentralized Exchanges, Initial Coin Offerings, and Decentralized Finance. He has collaborated with Trinary Capital on various investment banking projects, including solar arrays and LNG refineries. Currently, he advises on oil and natural gas solutions in Eastern Europe, focusing on national security and defensive supply chains in the region. His international experience also extends to the Balkans and Southern Europe, where he has partnered with foreign governments on the extraction and refinement of mineral resources.
David completed the Yale Financial Markets curriculum with honors and the Duke University Behavioral Economics curriculum. David is pursuing his Masters in Finance and a Masters in Data, Economic Development, and Policy at MIT. In addition to his Masters program, he self-studies a multitude of economic theories including, Mechanism Design Theory with Bayesian applications, New Trade Theory, the Case Shiller Index, the Yield Curve, and Interest Rate Model theories.
